Service websites · Home services

A home services website built around the quote request.

For installers, contractors, cleaners and repair businesses: your services with their details, reviews kept in a sheet, and a quote form that asks what the job is before anything else. Start from the Fieldline template, design it your way, and publish it free.

The Fieldline template’s first page on a computer. The same page on a phone, in a layout of its own.
Fieldline: a home tech installer’s site: five services with their details, reviews, Instagram posts, a newsletter and a quote request.

What Pragte gives a home services website.

Each part works as soon as you add it, and looks like the rest of your design. You place everything yourself, on a computer and on a phone layout of its own.

A quote request that asks what the job is

It starts with a dropdown of your services, then name, email and phone, the address, the property and the details. Every request lands in one list you can download, and on a paid plan you get an email for each one.

Services with their details

A card for each service, with an answer that opens for what’s included, how long it takes and what it costs.

Reviews from a sheet

Paste your reviews into a sheet, or import a CSV, and they show as cards with stars, plus a page of every review with a search box. Change a row, and the site follows.

Instagram posts

A carousel of the posts you choose, added by their links. It doesn’t fetch new posts by itself.

A booking calendar, if you use one

Embed your Calendly page, so customers can pick a time for a visit without leaving your site.

Live from your phone

Post a notice (“Fully booked until March”), or close the quote form when you can’t take more work.

Free to build. $49.99 for a year on Google.

Build your site and share it for free, with no expiry date and a small Made with Pragte badge. To be found in search engines, without the badge and with an email for every request, pay $49.99 once for 12 months, and again when you want another year. No monthly fee. $29.99 covers 3 months, for a busy season.

What it doesn’t do

  • No booking calendar of its own: embed Calendly.
  • No payments, deposits or invoices.
  • No job scheduling, crews or routes.
  • Reviews don’t sync from Google: you copy them into the sheet.
  • Free sites aren’t listed in search engines.

Pragte compared for a home services website.

What each does better, and where Pragte falls short.

Home services websites, answered.

What should a home services website have?

What you do and where, with enough detail to answer the first questions; reviews from real customers; your phone number and a quote form on every page; and a phone layout that works, since most people look for a tradesperson on their phone.

Can customers book a time online?

Not with Pragte alone. If you use Calendly, embed your booking page on the site. Otherwise the quote form asks for the job and you call back.

Can I show my Google reviews?

Copy them into the reviews sheet, with the name, the review, the rating and the date. They don’t update by themselves.

Will my business show up on Google?

Listing in search engines comes with a paid plan: $49.99 once for 12 months, or $29.99 for 3. A free site can be shared by link and QR code, but it isn’t listed.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, with a paid plan. Pragte shows you the one DNS record to add where your domain is kept, then checks it for you until the site is live there.
