Try before you pay
Designing and previewing on Pragte is free, with no time limit. You can see every phase of your site exactly as visitors will before choosing a plan, and you can share it free, public or with a password, with Pragte branding.
Full refunds within 14 days
If you buy a paid plan and change your mind, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. The project returns to the free plan, and nothing you created is deleted at that point.
One exception: if the event date set in your project falls within those 14 days, ask before the event. Once the event has taken place, the plan has done its job.
AI credit packs
A pack of AI credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it. A refunded pack takes its credits back.
After 14 days
After 14 days, plans are not refundable, and neither is a plan whose event took place during those 14 days, because the site has already served its moment. We still want to be fair: if something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will look at it.
If Pragte lets you down
If a problem on our side stopped your site, uploads or live controls from working during your event, tell us within 30 days of the event. We will investigate and, where we are at fault, refund your plan in full or in part.
Things we cannot refund
- Domains bought through Pragte, once the registration has been completed with the registrar.
- Templates bought from a Creator on Etsy, Gumroad or another marketplace. Please contact the seller, as that purchase is between you and them.
Your legal rights
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. This policy does not reduce that right, and nothing in it limits other rights you have under consumer law where you live.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@pragte.com from the email on your account, and tell us which Pragte site the refund is for. We reply within two business days. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
