Yes. Pragte is in early access: start free at pragte.app. We keep adding features, and early access news goes to everyone who leaves their email at the foot of any page.

No. Start from a template and replace the names, words and photos. If you enjoy designing, you can change everything: drag elements anywhere, restyle any button or form field, and build pages from scratch.

A phase is a version of your site for one stage of your moment. A wedding site starts with Before (invitation, story, RSVP), Wedding day (welcome, schedule, seating, photo upload) and After (thank-you and gallery). You can add more, such as the week of, or a keepsake.

You give each phase a start date. When that date arrives, your site changes to that phase. If plans change, you can switch phases by hand at any time, from your computer or your phone.

No. Visitors only see the phase that is live. You can preview any phase yourself whenever you like.

No. Visitors open your link or scan a QR code. They can answer a form, search a list, upload photos and leave a message from their phone browser. At a wedding, that is the RSVP, finding their seat, guest photos and the guestbook.

Yes. You can approve or hide every upload before it appears in your gallery, feature favourites, and close uploads whenever you choose.

Location and camera data are removed from the photos shown on your site. You only collect what your forms ask for, and you can download or delete the form submissions visitors sent you at any time. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

A page for your phone that runs your site while things are happening: switch the phase, post an announcement, open or close a form, approve uploads, and show or hide the parts you marked live. It has its own password, so you can hand it to whoever runs the day.

Your site is an ordinary website, so visitors need a connection to open it, and the live controls need one to change it. We recommend a quick test at the venue beforehand.

No. Building and sharing a site is free, public or with a password, and a published site has no expiry date. Paid plans are a single payment for your own domain and 3 or 12 branding-free months with more features, and nothing renews.

Your site returns to the Free plan. It stays online, you can keep editing it, and its forms keep working. A small “Made with Pragte” returns, the emails stop and search engines stop listing it. Your own domain and site icon stay. Photos your visitors uploaded stay too, as long as they fit the Free plan’s 100 MB; only what goes over it comes off, and we tell you beforehand so you can choose. Your design and your form submissions, such as RSVPs and messages, stay in your account.

Buy again whenever you like, at the same price. A new 3 or 12 months starts on the day you buy, and you never pay for the time in between. The branding is hidden again and the emails, search listing and extra storage come back.

Every site gets a Pragte address. Essential and Keepsake can also connect a domain you already own.

Yes, within 14 days of buying a plan. If your event falls within those 14 days, ask before the event. See our Refund Policy.

It runs on credits, per account. You start with 100 free credits and get 5 more each day you sign in, up to 100 a month. Each build, answer or photo costs a few credits, shown in the editor. If you need more, 500 credits cost $4.99, paid once, and never expire.

Yes. Design a template, sell it wherever you already sell, and each customer gets their own private copy to edit freely, with nothing locked. Your original is never touched.

We will share creator pricing before it applies to anyone. Your customers pay for their own sites as anyone does: free to design and share with Pragte branding, or paid once to hide the branding for 3 or 12 months.
