Why this policy exists
Pragte sites are shared with families, friends, colleagues and visitors of every age, and often shown on screens in public places. This policy keeps them safe. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to site owners, collaborators, Creators and visitors.
Content you may not publish or upload
- Anything illegal, or that encourages illegal activity.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors. We report it to the relevant authorities.
- Sexually explicit content or nudity on a public site or a screen.
- Content that harasses, threatens, bullies or intimidates anyone, or promotes violence or self-harm.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
- Private information about someone else, such as their address or ID documents, shared without their permission.
- Photos, music, fonts, video or designs you do not have the right to use.
- Content that impersonates a person or organisation, or misleads people about who is behind a site.
Things you may not do
- Use Pragte for phishing, scams, fake fundraising or collecting passwords or payment details under false pretences.
- Send spam, or use RSVP and contact forms to collect emails for unrelated marketing.
- Collect more from visitors than your site or event needs, or use it for anything they would not expect.
- Upload malware, or try to break into, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.
- Get around plan limits, branding, or the moderation and security features.
- Resell or share a Creator’s template without their permission.
Uploads
Site owners are responsible for moderating the photos and messages visitors add to their site. We recommend keeping approval turned on for anything shown as it arrives. Visitors who upload content must follow this policy too.
Reporting a problem
If you see a Pragte site or upload that breaks this policy, email abuse@pragte.com with the site address and a short description. For copyright concerns, include what you own, where it appears, and how to reach you. We review every report.
What we do
Depending on how serious a problem is, we may remove content, hide a site, pause uploads, suspend an account, or contact the authorities. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell the site owner what happened and how to fix it.
